OUR PRICES If you decide to use our software you will be charged prior to making the initial e-file transmission of your return(s). The charges are not refundable. If a return is rejected there are no additional charges to correct and retransmit the return (provided you use the same Primary Taxpayer Social Security Number and email address you used in the initial e-file transmission of the rejected return). In the case of a rejected 'free' return (see below), there are no resubmission charges provided you continue to qualify for the free return. Free State Return Offer: There are no AZ, GA, MI, NC, OH, or PA state return costs or fees when you pay for the included Federal return.
